We aim to provide a high quality, innovative education ensuring that every child achieves their maximum potential and beyond. In an environment where Safeguarding is paramount.
We have an unrelenting focus on teaching and learning. Every teacher, teaching assistant, administrator and technician is focused on improving the learning opportunities for our children. We are confident that we can give your child the skills to become lifelong independent learners and give them the best possible platform to prepare them for university, college and twenty first century life.
In light of the Covid 19 outbreak please read below a message from our Headteacher Mrs Kim Thackray - we all stand together and despite social distancing we are here for you.
Head Teachers Message March 2020
I would like to thank all of you for the support and kindness you have shown to each other and to school staff over the last couple of unusual and difficult weeks. It is strange to think that we may not get to be together in our classes for some time to come. Our school is still open to our children of key workers and others from the government list. If you need to ask if your children qualify for this support, please contact the school or myself by email. Although we will continue to be there for you, providing support, we will continue to work for you as you are at home. We will really miss you all. Please use this time to take care of yourselves, your friends and your loved ones.
Stay safe, be sensible and follow the advice that you receive from the school and the government. We really want you to stay in touch. Send us regular updates with news of the work you have been doing, news of how you are doing and any questions you have. The best way to stay in touch is by email. Details and lots of facts are on our website, to support you and answer questions you have; to provide lots of websites to access and find work to do at home.
Currently we plan for a deep clean the week after the Easter weekend 14th April – 17th April and therefore the school will be unfortunately closed to all children.
Thinking of you all,
For all enquiries please contact Ms Tracy Deane at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact her in the school office on 01708 688207
